CBN technical personnel are formally trained, participate in
continuing educational programs, and are extensively tested
to achieve and sustain industry recognized levels of certification.
All technicians are required to be A+ certified by the Computer
Technology Industry Association. Currently, both Ben and Tom
are registered Microsoft Certified Professionals.
